Rahul Himalian, GGM, Indian Railways Traffic Service, has been selected for the post of Director (Tourism & Marketing), Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) at a Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) meeting held on November 1, 2023.
