Arvind Kapil has been appointed as Managing Director of Poonawalla Fincorp Limited with effect from June 24, 2024. He succeeds Abhay Bhutada consequent upon his retirement on June 23, 2024. However, he will continue to serve as Non- Executive Director of the company.
