IAS Sagili Shan Mohan belongs to the 2013 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre and is currently posted as Collector of  Kakinada district, Andhra Pradesh. His vision for the district emphasises on ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children, both male and female. "Our focus is on eliminating child abuse," he stated.
