Flat handover ceremony of Dream Valley Phase-II, Greater Noida was successfully organised on March 6, 2025 in the presence of K P Mahadevaswamy, Chairman & Managing Director, NBCC, Dr. Suman Kumar, Director (Commercial), NBCC and L Sivaraman, representative of the Learned Court Receiver, homebuyers and senior officers of NBCC. The event marked a significant milestone in the completion and delivery of the project, bringing relief and joy to homebuyers. During the ceremony, 51 possession letters were officially handed over to the homebuyers. Dream Valley Phase-II comprises of 8,300 flats spread across 47 towers. Currently around 50% of the project has been successfully completed. The project is progressing steadily, with NBCC ensuring quality construction and timely delivery. During the recent ceremony, possession letters for 51 flats were officially handed over to homebuyers, marking a significant step towards fulfilling the aspirations of residents awaiting their dream homes. NBCC remains committed to ensuring timely execution and delivery of the project, with continuous efforts to expedite the completion of the remaining flats and towers. The company has been working diligently to fulfil the aspirations of homebuyers and uphold its reputation for excellence in real estate development. The event saw an enthusiastic participation of homebuyers and stakeholders, reflecting their optimism and confidence in the project's progress. NBCC continues to work in close coordination with all stakeholders to ensure the timely and smooth completion of Dream Valley Phase-II. Since its appointment as PMC by Supreme Court, NBCC has successfully completed 17 Amrapali Projects namely, Eden Park, Sapphire-1, Sapphire-2, Princely Estate, Silicon City-1, Silicon City-2, Platinum & Titanium, Zodiac in Noida, Castle, Leisure Valley Villas, Centurian Park Low Rise & O2 Valley, Kingswood, Leisure Park, Golf Homes, Dream Valley Villas, Dream Valley Enchante in Greater Noida and IMT Manesar in Gurugram. NBCC has already been completed around 25000 flats in various projects.
