IAS officers have been reshuffled in Uttarakhand. Yugal Kishor Pant has been given the responsibility of Secretary, Language Department, while his remaining departments will remain the same. Sonika has been appointed as Additional Secretary, Civil Aviation, while Additional Secretary Vineet Kumar has been relieved of the charge of Planning and Additional Secretary Reena Joshi has been given the additional charge of Chief Executive Officer, State Health Authority. Anand Srivastava was relieved of the charge of Chief Executive Officer, State Health Authority and given responsibility of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department. Additional Secretary Manuj Goyal is relieved of the charge of Rural Development, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, and Director REEP and assigned responsibility of Sainik Welfare and Higher Education. Additional Secretary Himanshu Khurana has also been given the charge of Finance. Additional Secretary Abhishek Ruhela will also look after the Skill Development and Service Scheme Department. Additional Secretary Nikita Khandelwal was relieved of the responsibility of Rural Development and Director Urban Development and she will also look after Information Technology, Suraj and Science Technology. Additional Secretary Anuradha Pal has been given the additional charge of APD, ILSP, Project Director, UGVS-REEP. Additional Secretary Gaurav Kumar has been relieved of Information Technology, Suraj and Science Technology and has been given the responsibility of Director, Urban Development. Chaudhary has been transferred as Additional Secretary, Medical Health and Family Welfare; Nandan Kumar as Municipal Commissioner Haridwar and Nidhi Yadav, Director, Panchayati Raj, will also look after the responsibility of Additional Secretary, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare.
