Ms Nidhi Chhibber, Additional Secretary, NITI Aayog, has been appointed as Director General, Development Monitoring and Evaluation Office in NITI Aayog in the Secretary rank. She is a 1994 batch IAS officer of Chhattisgarh cadre.
