Special leave petition against ex-MP Chief Secretary quashed
A Special Leave Petition (SLP) of Enforcement Directorate against Dr Gopal Reddy, former Chief Secretary of Madhya Pradesh has been quashed by the Supreme Court. The SLP was challenged against the Telangana High Court order exonerating Dr Reddy from money laundering proceedings.
