Shailesh Kumar Mishra, who is presently serving in Northern Railway (NR), has been appointed in Higher Administrative Grade (HAG) and posted as Chief Administrative Officer (Construction)-I [CAO(C)-I] in the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
