CEC defends special intensive revision in Bihar
CEC Gyanesh Kumar has made it clear that the ECI cannot allow dead voters to be on the voter list. Even EPICs and foreigners will have no place in the revised voters list. According to CEC, a sacrosanct voter list is the foundation of a successful democracy.
