Engineers India Ltd. (EIL) celebrated the 79th Independence Day on August 15, 2025 with great patriotic zeal and fervor. At the main function held at EIL Office Complex in Gurugram, Ms. Vartika Shukla, C&MD, EIL hoisted the National Flag in the presence of Functional Directors, CVO and senior officials of the Company. The program was attended in large numbers by employees and their families. Addressing the gathering, C&MD paid tributes to the sacrifices of the freedom fighters and emphasised the responsibility of every citizen to contribute towards nation-building. She reflected on India’s remarkable progress across sectors and reiterated EIL’s commitment to engineering excellence, sustainability and innovation in the service of the nation. The patriotic fervor of the occasion was accentuated by a medley of soulful renditions of patriotic song & dance performances by EIL family members. On the occasion, C&MD, Directors and CVO also gave away Annual Awards for 2024-25, celebrating the outstanding performance and contributions of EILians across diverse categories.
