Rajnish Kumar Goyal, who is presently serving in Central Railway (CR), has been transferred to Western Railway (WR) and posted as Principal Chief Electrical Engineer (PCEE). He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
