Sh. The certificate was presented to Ms. Rashmita Jha (IRS), Chief Vigilance Officer, THDCIL, by BIS officers at a special ceremony held at the NCR Office, Kaushambi, on 18th August 2025, in the presence of Executive Director, Neeraj Verma, Dy. CVO/GM (Vigilance) Satish Kumar Arya, and senior vigilance officials of THDCIL. Subsequently, the certification was ceremonially presented today to R K Vishnoi, Chairman and Managing Director, THDCIL, at the Corporate Office, Rishikesh, by Satish Kumar Arya, Dy. CVO/GM (Vigilance), in the august presence of S S Panwar, CGM (OMS), and senior officials from the Vigilance and OMS Departments.
