In a major reshuffle 30 IPS officers have been transferred and posted in Jharkhand. Director General of Police (HoPF) Anurag Gupta has been relieved of the charge of DG, ACB and DG, CID. Prashant Singh, DG, Wireless and Technical Services, was given additional charge of the DG Headquarters, while Priya Dubey was appointed ADG of ACB with additional charge of ADG, EOW; Rakesh Ranjan as SSP, Ranchi; Paras Rana as City SP, Ranchi, with additional charge of JAP 10; Rakesh Singh as Traffic SP, Ranchi, with additional charge of SP. Wireless and Technical Services; Mrs Suman Gupta as ADG, Railways; Manoj Kaushik, IG, Ranchi Zone, will also hold the charge of IG, CID; Kranti Kumar Gadideshi as IG, Human Rights; Narendra Kumar Singh as IG, Vigilance-cum-Security, Jharkhand Electricity Board; Shailendra Sinha as IG, Palamu; Sudarshan Mandal as IG, Headquarters with additional charge of IG, Jail; Sunil Bhaskar as IG, Bokaro Zone; Patel Mayur Kanhaiyalal, IG, Provisioning, has been given the additional charge of IG, Dumka Zone; Sanjeev Kumar as DIG, Special Branch; Shailendra Prasad Varnwal has been appointed DIG, EOW; Manoj Ratan as DIG, Special Branch; Naushad Alam Ansari will join Police Headquarters; Ajit Peter Dungdung has been appointed as Joint Director, Jharkhand Police Academy, Hazaribagh; Chandan Kumar Sinha as DIG, ACB; Arvind Kumar Singh as SP, Special Branch; Ehtesham Waqarib as SP, CID; Amit Renu as SP, Chaibasa; Saurabh as SP, Deoghar; Ajit Kumar as SP, Railway, Jamshedpur; Deepak Kumar Pandey as SP, Special Branch, Ranchi; Animesh Naithani as SP, ACB; Kailash Karmali as SP, Railway, Dhanbad. and Manoj Swargiyari was made Commandant of JAP 3 Govindpur, Dhanbad and Moomal Rajpurohit was made Commandant of JAP 8.
