RECPDCL handovers Rajgarh Neemuch Power Transmission SPV to G R Infraprojects Ltd

REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of REC Limited, the Maharatna CPSU under the aegis of Ministry of Power and a leading NBFC, handed over a project specific SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) of ISTS Transmission Project under TBCB route viz, Rajgarh Neemuch Power Transmission Limited to M/s G R Infraprojects Limited on September 29, 2025. M/s G R Infraprojects Limited emerged as the Transmission Service Provider (TSP) through Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) process conducted by RECPDCL, the Bid Process Coordinator, for development of the transmission project on Build, Own, Operate & Transfer (BOOT) basis. The SPV was handed over by TSC Bosh, CEO, RECPDCL to Saurabh Kaushik, Business Head – Power T&D, G R Infraprojects Limited in the presence of Senior Officials of RECPDCL, G R Infraprojects Limited and Central Transmission Utility of India Limited. The implementation period of the project is 24 months. The scheme covers establishment of 2x500 MVA, 400/220 kV S/s at Handiya, 400 kV Double Circuit Lines, (650 Kms approx), Augmentation at Pachora PS & Neemuch PS along with installation of line bays and bus reactors.
