Mangi Lal Vishnoi, who is presently serving as Additional Divisional Railway Manager (ADRM), Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT), Central Railway (CR), has been appointed on deputation as Chief General Manager (Electrical), IRCON International Limited, Mumbai, for a period of three years. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
