Ms Swati Agarwal, who is presently serving as Chairman, Railway Recruitment Cell, West Central Railway (WCR), has been selected on deputation as Joint General Manager (Human Resources) at the Corporate Office of Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Ltd (DFCCIL) for a period of three years. She is an Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS) officer.
