Punjab government has not issued No Objection Certificate (NOC) to at least three IAS officers, refusing them to proceed on central deputation. The officers include Alakhnanda Dayal, Vijay N Zade and Sonali Giri. The state government has this week, although issued NOCs to some officers but these officers have been unofficially asked to stay put.
