Directive for CAPF Cadre Reviews
Following a Supreme Court order, MHA mandated all CAPFs (including BSF, CRPF, CISF, RAF, RPF) to complete Group ‘A’ officer cadre reviews within one month. This targets structural stagnation and promotion delays, potentially leading to 10-15% faster elevations for more than 5,000 officers across forces. No immediate promotions, but it paves the way for 2026 reshuffles.
