Harish Singh Papola appointed OSD to Minister, Ministry of Communications
Harish Singh Papolahas been appointed on deputation as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Minister for Communications and Development of North Eastern Region in the Ministry of Communications, at the level of Deputy Secretary, for a period up to August 10, 2028, or on co-terminus basis with the Minister. He is an Indian Railway Protection Force Service (IRPFS) officer.
