Union Budget preparation is in full swing. All officers are busy in giving finishing touches. Among the team two senior IAS Officers are from the North Eastern states. V.Vualnam, Expenditure Secretary and Mosses Chala, DPE Secretary are also  in the team. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present her ninth budget this time.
