Poor state of public examination 

The state of affairs of public examination is poor. The leaking of papers, copying in the examination and withholding of results is rampant. There is little accountability of the process which is supposed to be sacrosanct. The process is vitiated , irrespective of who is conducting the examination. Transparency is one ray of hope

Walk out by members need to be curbed 

Unfortunately, it has become a norm to walk out of the house whenever members do not agree with the ruling of the Speaker. This need to be curbed. Members are to remain in the house and discuss issues. Monetary punishment for walking out of the house should be introduced.
