How many 1995 batch IAS officers will be picked up?
In the power galleries the discussion has started about the postings of new Secretaries in the GoI. Sources said that though 16 , 1995 batch IAS officers are empanelled but there are chances that only 3-4 IAS would get the chance and posted as Secretary.
