Arman Singh Patel, who is presently on deputation to Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) as Deputy General Manager (DGM)/Civil/Delhi, has been selected for deputation as Joint General Manager (Civil) at Delhi in RLDA for a period of three years (overall tenure to be counted from the initial date of deputation to RLDA). He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
