IAS  Shortage

It should be filled by online selection exam for IAS because currently IAS officer selection procedure is difficult. I am extremely interested if this online exam happens

 Private sector deputations?

How does that work, because once the deputation gets over the I (XYZ) S folks come back to the bureaucracy. Compartmentalization to limit the unchecked scope of powers might be a solution. Private sector deputations sounds much more like an eye wash.
