Harish Chandra Bhatt, who is presently posted in Chittaranjan Locomotive Works (CLW), has been transferred to Western Railway (WR), appointed to officiate in Senior Administrative Grade (SAG) and posted in the cadre. He is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
