Dr Rakesh Kumar, who is presently posted as Deputy Chief Vigilance Officer (Dy. CVO), T, Headquarters (HQ), North Western Railway (NWR), has been selected for deputation to Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR) as Senior General Manager (C&O) at Ludhiana for a period of three years. He is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
