Two IAS officers have been shifted in Gujarat. Ms Avni Chittaranjan Vora is posted as Programme Officer (Admin.), National Health Mission (NHM), Gandhinagar, while Tekchand Chatrabhuj Tirthani will join as Additional Rural Development Commissioner, Commissionerate of Rural Development, Gandhinagar.
