Two officers: Jawahar Lal and Sunil Kumar Sharma belonging to 1999 Batch (1998 Exam) of Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) have been empanelled for holding the posts of Joint Secretary or equivalent posts in the Government of India.
