Five ICAS officers posted as Assistant Controller of Accounts (UPDATED)
Five ICAS officers have been promoted to Junior Time Scale (JTS) of the Service and posted as Assistant Controller of Accounts in various ministries/departments. Accordingly, Bansi Dhar has been posted in Civil Aviation, New Delhi, while Madan Lal will join Social Justice & Empowerment, New Delhi and Harbhajan Singh is appointed as Assistant Controller of Accounts, CBIC, New Delhi. Similarly, Durlabh Barua joins Earth Sciences and Rajeev Chandra is posted as Assistant Controller of Accounts, Home Affairs, Delhi, after promotion.
