Telangana Forest Department Undergoes Major Administrative Reshuffle (UPDATED)

In a significant move to bolster field operations and administrative efficiency, the Telangana government has executed a comprehensive reshuffle involving 12 Indian Forest Service (IFoS) officers. The overhaul focuses on District Forest Officer (DFO)-level changes and strategic reassignments aimed at strengthening departmental oversight across key districts. Key DFO Postings and Transfers Include: Siddharth Vikram Singh was transferred from Nizamabad and posted as DFO of Bhadradri Kothagudem, G. Kishta Gowd moved from Bhadradri Kothagudem to serve as DFO of Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Shiv Aasheesh Singh was transferred from Mahabubnagar to take over as DFO of Rangareddy, M. Naveen Reddy shifted from Jayashankar Bhupalpally to serve as DFO of Mahabubnagar. Prashanth Baji Rao Patil moved from Adilabad and was posted as the new DFO of Nizamabad. Additionally, Chinna Vishwanath Bhusa Reddy retained his current role while being assigned additional charge (FAC) as DFO of Adilabad.
