In a big boost for Madhya Pradesh, Adani Defence and Aerospace laid the foundation stone for a missile ecosystem billed as the largest in South Asia at Shivpuri. The company will invest about Rs 2500 crores to build the state-of-the-art missile ecosystem in the next three years that is expected to generate about 5000 direct jobs. Speaking on the occasion Director, Adani Enterprises, Jeet Adani said the Shivpuri complex will manufacture medium and long-range missile systems to boost India’s defence capabilities.

Madhya Pradesh chief minister Mohan Yadav and Union Communications Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia were among those present at the foundation stone laying ceremony.
