As many as 25 officers of the State Civil Service of Bihar have been awarded IAS cadre. The officers who have been appointed to IAS against Select List of 2016 are Arun Kumar, Ram Anugrah Narayan Singh, Om Prakash Pal, Nivedita Roy, Jai Shankar Prasad, Neelam Choudhary, Vijay Ranjan and Satish Kumar Sharma. Similarly, officers who were awarded IAS cadre against Select List of 2017 are Pankaj Patel, Manoj Kumar Jha, Kritya Nand Singh, Jiut Singh, Bimalesh Kumar Jha, Rishideo Jha, Sanjay Kumar Singh, Sanjay Kumar Upadhyay, Rakesh Mohan, Dayanand Mishra, Rameshwar Pandey, Raj Kumar Sinha, Shyam Kishore, Ram Ishwar, Om Prakash Yadav, Prabhu Ram and Suresh Choudhary.
