Justice Rohinton Fali Nariman, Judge, Supreme Court, is set to retire on August 12, 2021. With the retirement of Justice Nariman, the second senior-most judge of the apex court, the strength of judges will come down to 25 as against the sanctioned strength of 34. He was elevated as an Apex Court Judge on July 7, 2014.
