Lt Gen Gurbirpal Singh takes over as DG NCC (UPDATED)
Lieutenant General Gurbirpal Singh has taken over the charge as 34th Director General of National Cadet Corps (NCC). Lt Gen Singh was commissioned into the Parachute Regiment in 1987.
