Arvind Kumar Singh, who is presently working as Deputy Chief Operations Manager (Dy. COM) in North Central Railway (NCR), has been transferred to South Eastern Railway (SER) and posted in the cadre.  He is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
