In a major development bound to create ripples in both the government and corporate world ,  Aman Singh former Principal Secretary to CM, Chhattisgarh, Dr Raman Singh has joined the Adani Group as “Group Head - Corporate Brand Custodianship”.  

The rapidly accelerating growth of the Adani group with its rising global ambitions and the exponential and very visible increase in the personal wealth of  Gautam Adani has brought considerable global media attention to the Adani conglomerate.  In this backdrop, in a major restructuring of its  communications & branding functions, the group has created this new position at top most level to integrate and take a unified approach to brand management for the conglomerate.

This was a much prized and coveted job with some top-class A listers as claimants.  Adani though has gone for Aman Singh, who belongs to a rare breed with an impeccable and proven track record in both – the public and private sectors. 

Aman Singh a former IRS officer with a successful 15 years in the CMO as Principal Secretary to CM, Chhattisgarh has an enviable experience profile matched by only a handful in india. He has also handled departments like Energy, IT, Housing & Environment, and Naya Raipur Development Authority with great distinction.  He was pivot and has left an indelible impression in the growth and development of a fledgling state of chhattisgarh for 15 years.  He has experience of more than a decade of being on the boards of IITs.  In the year 2019 , Aman Singh surprised many by joining private sector when everyone was expecting him to join Government of India.  Over the years Aman Singh has been very strong on strategy, crisis management , policy and branding. The new job will test all these skills to the limits.
