42 IAS, 7 state administrative officers shifted in J&K

The government on Wednesday shifted 42 IAS officers of AGMUT cadre and 7 officers of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service.

Those transferred include-

M. Raju, IAS (AGMUT: 2005), Commissioner/, General Administration Department with additional charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Health & Medical Education Department has been divested of the additional charge of Health & Medical Education department. He shall hold additional charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Hospitality & Protocol Department and Department of Disaster, Management, Relief, Rehabilitation & Reconstruction.

Ms. R Alice Vaz, IAS (AGMUT: 2005) Commissioner/ Secretary, Planning, Development & Monitoring Department along with additional charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Information department is transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary, Transport Department. She shall also hold additional charge of the posts of Administrative Secretary, Civil Aviation Department and Commissioner, Civil Aviation. She shall also continue to hold the charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Information Department.

Saugat Biswas, IAS (AGMUT: 2006), awaiting orders of posting is posted as Commissioner/Secretary, Health & Medical Education Department.

Sarmad Hafeez, IAS (AGMUT: 2009) Commissioner/ Secretary, Social Welfare Department is transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary, Youth Services and Sports Department.

Ramesh Kumar, IAS (AGMUT: 2011) Divisional Commissioner, Jammu having additional charge of the posts of Additional CEO, Jammu Metropolitan Regional Development Authority and Resident Commissioner, J&K Govt., New Delhi) is transferred and posted as Secretary, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj. He shall also hold the additional charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Culture Department and along with the charge of Resident Commissioner, J&K Govt., New Delhi.

Naveen S L, IAS (AGMUT: 2012), Secretary, Civil Aviation Department with additional charge of Commissioner, Civil Aviation is transferred and posted as Commissioner of Enquiries, J&K.

Ms. Avny Lavasa, IAS (AGMUT: 2013), Secretary, Transport Department with additional charge of the posts of Administrative Secretary, Hospitality & Protocol Department and Tribal Affairs Department is transferred and posted as Secretary, Tourism department. She shall continue to hold the charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Tribal Affairs Department.

Ms. Anjali Sehrawat, IAS (AGMUT: 2013), Mission Director, Jal Jeevan Mission is transferred and posted as Secretary, Public Grievances Department.

Vikas Kundal, IAS (AGMUT: 2013) Chairman, J&K Services Selection Board is transferred and posted as Divisional Commissioner, Jammu. He shall also hold the additional charge of the post of Additional CEO, Jammu Metropolitan Regional Development Authority.

Majid Khalil Ahmad Drabu, IAS (AGMUT: 2013) Commissioner of Enquiries, J&K is transferred and posted as Inspector General of Registration, J&K.

Rahul Yadav, IAS (AGMUT: 2014) Managing Director, J&K Power Development Corporation Limited (Additional charge of MD, JK Power Corporation Limited) is transferred and posted as Administrative Secretary, Information Technology Department. He shall also hold additional charge of the Managing Director, J&K Power Development Corporation Limited.

Owais Ahmed, IAS (AGMUT: 2014), Director, Skill Development J&K also holding additional charge of Special Secretary, Planning, Development & Monitoring Department) is transferred and posted as Administrative Secretary, Planning, Development & Monitoring

Department. He shall also hold additional charge of the post of Director, Skill Development J&K.

Ms. Akriti Sagar, IAS (AGMUT: 2016), Managing Director, National Health Mission holding the additional charge of Special Secretary to the Government, Health & Medical Education Department is transferred and posted as Managing Director, J&K Tourism Development Corporation along with the additional charge of CEO, J&K Economic Reconstruction Agency (ERA).

Athar Aamir Ul Shafi Khan, IAS (RJ: 2016), Deputy Commissioner, Budgam is transferred and posted as Managing Director, National Health Mission, J&K.

Basharat Qayoom, IAS (JH: 2016), Deputy Commissioner, Pulwama is transferred and posted as Commissioner, Srinagar Municipal Corporation with additional charge of CEO, SPV for Srinagar City for implementation of the Smart City Project.
