Board-level changes at Sanchay Finvest Ltd

Sarthak Sharma has been re-appointed as Whole-Time Director of Sanchay Finvest Limited. Separately, Rohit Mishra and Gaurang Karmakar have been appointed as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors, while Ms. Lily Mundu has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. Meanwhile, Nikhil Mathur and Milan Shah have resigned as Non-Executive Independent Directors of the company.
