Director level changes at XL Energy Ltd

Pankaj Jain has been appointed as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of XL Energy Limited. Meanwhile, Sandeep Kumar Hisaria has resigned as Whole-Time Director. Besides, Vinod Kumar Kathuria and Hari Chand Mittal have resigned as Non-Executive Independent Directors.
