Govt appoints Naveen Kumar as Member (Law), Adjudicating Authority under PMLA

The govt has on Tuesday appointed Naveen Kumar B. retired Additional Director, Prosecution, Directorate of Enforcement as Member (Law) in the Adjudicating Authority under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002 in the Level 14 for a five-year term or till the age of 65, whichever is earlier.
