HUDCO retained its AAA/Stable domestic credit rating and achieved an ‘Excellent’ MoU rating for the second consecutive year.

HUDCO is expanding its participation in PPP projects, diversifying resource mobilisation and strengthening governance, risk management and information security. It has also inducted over 150 officers in two years.
Looking ahead, HUDCO will focus on financing housing, transport, logistics, water and sanitation, urban mobility, climate-resilient and digital infrastructure, while supporting national development priorities and the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.
