IAS officers shifted in Tamil Nadu, A Karthik appointed PS, Home

The Tamil Nadu government has ordered the transfer and reassignment of several IAS officers, including Home Secretary K. Manivasan.

K Manivasan has been appointed Additional Chief Secretary and Commissioner of Land Administration.

A Karthik, Managing Director of the Tamil Nadu Small Industries Development Corporation (TANSIDCO), will take charge as Principal Secretary of the Home, Prohibition and Excise Department.

V Arun Roy, Managing Director of the Electricity Board, has been appointed Secretary (Expenditure) in the Finance Department.

N Venkatesh, who was serving as Secretary (Expenditure) in the Finance Department, has been posted as Secretary of the Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare Department.

Rajesh Lakhani, Commissioner of Land Administration, will take charge as Chairman and Managing Director of the Electricity Board. He will also serve as Chairman of the Electricity Generation Corporation.
