IPS officers of AGMUT cadre are unhappy!

All is not well in the AGMUT Cadre. After the merger of erstwhile J&K cadre with the UT cadre, these officers are now being posted out of J&K. They are reportedly unhappy that they are being posted in other AGMUT cadre states but not in Delhi. Now who will address their grievance.
