IRIFM appoints Richa Khare as DG

Ms. Richa Khare, presently serving as Principal Financial Adviser (PFA), Western Railway (WR), has been transferred to the Indian Railways Institute of Financial Management (IRIFM) and posted as Director General. She is an Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS) officer.
