Kamlesh Kumar sent to North Western Railway

Dr Kamlesh Kumar, who is presently serving in West Central Railway (WCR), has been transferred to North Western Railway (NWR) on his own request and posted in the same capacity. He is an Indian Railway Health Service (IRHS) officer.
