OP Bhatt resigns; Coforge Ltd names Vivek Sharma interim Chairperson

Vivek Sharma has been designated as interim Chairperson of Coforge Limited following the resignation of OP Bhatt as Non-Executive Independent Director and Chairperson of the company. Sharma, currently a Non-Executive Independent Director, will serve as interim Chairperson until January 31, 2027.
