POWERGRID approves sale of its entire stake in CTUIL

POWERGRID's board approved divestment of its entire stake in Central. Transmission Utility of India Limited (CTUIL) to Grid Controller of India Limited, alongside its exit from certain joint ventures. The company reported H1 FY2026–27 standalone revenue of ₹19,843.83 crore and net profit of ₹7,230.03 crore.
