Prime Industries hands Sanjiv Malik the MD mantle

Sanjiv Malik has been appointed Executive Director and Managing Director of Prime Industries Limited, effective September 8, 2026.

Meanwhile, Rajinder Kumar Singhania has been re-appointed as a Director of the company.
