Retd Air Marshal Jeetendra Mishra is new CEO of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Trust

Retired Air Marshal Jeetendra Mishra (SYSM, AVSM, VSM) has been selected as the first full-time Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust. A distinguished veteran who served as the Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Indian Air Force's Western Air Command, Air Marshal Mishra brings nearly four decades of strategic leadership and administrative experience to the management of the Ayodhya shrine complex.  

​The landmark appointment follows a nationwide selection process evaluating thousands of applicants to professionalize temple administration, bolster institutional governance, and ensure operational transparency.  

​In his new role, Air Marshal Mishra will oversee day-to-day management, security coordination, infrastructure development, and financial administration. His extensive background in defense management is expected to bring military-grade precision and structural efficiency to handle the immense logistical demands of hosting millions of devotees annually.
