A lawyer, Gor shifted to business and founded the Riddhi Corporate Services Limited in 2010. He also serves as director for multiple firms including RCSPL Share Broking IFSC Pvt Ltd, RCSPL Multicommodities Pvt Ltd, and Aftertrade Broking Pvt Ltd.

Meanwhile, Arpit Kumar Pravinchandra Gor has been re-appointed as Whole-Time Director of the company.
